What’s the first thing a new client should know about you?
I am passionate about helping others in their home buying/selling journey. I am committed to finding the right solution for my clients and don’t let pride or ego get in the way of making the right decisions. If I don’t know an answer, I will be transparent and seek out someone on my team to help get you the information you need. During your search for the perfect home or investment property, I will work diligently and communicate with you the entire way!

When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it?
December of 2020 – As cliche as it sounds, I have always been fascinated with real estate. 3 years ago, my wife and I moved to Portland and began “house-hacking” with Airbnb to save money on our housing costs. We began to help other owners analyze different types of properties and identify their income potential. During this time, I also began to work in Property Acquisitions for a startup that created short-term rental income and housing opportunities with single-family residential units. That has led to the decision to pursue transactional real estate with Flyhomes and I couldn’t be more excited to be here!
Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?
My specialty is evaluating and operating investment properties and partitioned spaces/ADU’s that function as short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).

Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there?
I live in the Buckman Neighborhood and chose to live here because of an Airbnb house-hacking opportunity. My family and I love the proximity to SE Hawthorne, Laurelhurst Park and some of our favorite places to eat!
Have you worked in fields other than real estate?
Yes, I worked for a Property/Tech Startup and spent a considerable amount of time prior to that supporting non-profit organizations as a Development Consultant and Fundraising Manager.
What are you passionate about aside from real estate?
Spending time with my wife and 2 year old daughter, the Portland Trail Blazers, fishing, barbecuing on my smoker, coffee roasting and playing basketball.
