My priority is always to help my clients find the<em> right<\/em> home!<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>What are your top 3 pro tips?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Tour as much as possible because the market moves fast! If you only tour 3 homes it will be hard to make a quick decision, however if you tour 30 homes you will know when the perfect one comes along and we can act quick.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The neighborhood is just as important as the home itself. You can remodel a home, but you can\u2019t remodel a neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>There is no \u201cright\u201d time to buy. The right time is when you find a home you love!<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>I have been licensed just over a year in the state of Washington. I was inspired by a good friend who worked for Flyhomes.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Most of my experience is within King County and specifically with Single Family Homes and Townhomes. I have experience with new builds, investment properties, buy-side and list-side transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>What neighborhoods are you an expert in?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Seattle as a whole and most of the greater Eastside.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>This past year or so I have been in Capitol Hill, prior to that in Ballard. I love Capitol Hill because of the nightlife, access to public transportation and ability to walk to work!<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Have you worked in fields other than real estate?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>After receiving my B.A. in Mathematics I worked in the aviation industry in Southern California. I made my way up to Seattle for grad school and a career in education where I taught mathematics for two years before I ventured into real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>What are you passionate about aside from real estate?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>I am a master chef. I love cooking, especially for friends and family. I love design and DIY projects such as refinishing furniture. I am also passionate about traveling and exploring new places. Just before starting at Flyhomes I backpacked solo through Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Looking forward to my next travel adventure!<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>What do you love about working at Flyhomes?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>I love my team and all of my coworkers. I have never met so many people who love their job. As a start-up we work a lot, but we work together and are always focused on maintaining a positive experience for our clients.
