What\u2019s the first thing a new client should know about you? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

I bought my first home with Flyhomes in 2018 with no previous real estate experience and have since sold and purchased another home for myself and helped 50+ Buyers buy homes after joining the company in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n

What are your top 3 pro tips?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Pre-Underwriting<\/a> and dialing in budget is always the best first step.<\/li>
  2. Tour 3-4 houses in a neighborhood before offering to make sure you love the area as well as the home.<\/li>
  3. Do your research before offering to know what you are comfortable with and then trust your Client Advisor to recommend the best strategy to win<\/a> your home.  If visions don\u2019t align, it\u2019s perfectly fine not to offer and wait for a home that we have a better chance of winning instead.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n

    When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I got my real estate license before starting in my position as a Client Advisor with Flyhomes. Since I didn\u2019t have previous real estate experience, I applied for a Marketing role initially, but after interviewing with Tushar (Flyhomes CEO), I took his advice to help scale the business as a Client Advisor.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I work primarily with first-time buyers on single family residences and townhomes.   <\/p>\n\n\n

    What neighborhoods are you an expert in? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I’m an expert in Greenlake, Tacoma, Shoreline, and Bellevue, but I help buyers all over the region. You can see more details about the homes I’ve helped people buy and sell in my Zillow profile<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n

    Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    My wife and I originally bought in Tacoma to take advantage of the rapidly appreciating market there.  The goal has always been to live in Green Lake for the walkability and schools and with almost 15% appreciation after 1.5 years of living in Tacoma we were able to purchase in our dream neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Have you worked in fields other than real estate? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    Yes, my previous experience is mostly in Business Development and Hospitality.  I worked for Visit Seattle<\/a> for 3 years before joining Flyhomes.<\/p>\n\n\n

    What are you passionate about aside from real estate? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I love travel and getting into the great outdoors. I am also passionate about politics and progressive ideas like Universal Basic Income #YangGang.

    What do you love about working at Flyhomes? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    Flyhomes is the first company that has embraced me for who I am.  It\u2019s a place where asking tough questions and working with people to come up with creative solutions is truly encouraged.  Also, while it sounds cliche to say \u201cno day is ever the same,\u201d at Flyhomes that is actually true.  Real Estate is a very complex industry and there are constantly new external & internal challenges to work through to refine what we do.<\/p>\n\n\n
