What\u2019s the first thing a new client should know about you? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

I place the clients first in every transaction. My goal is to ensure I do right by the clients at all costs.<\/p>\n\n\n

What are your top 3 pro tips? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Always speak with a mortgage lender before starting the home buying process. <\/li>
  2. Identify your must haves in a home such as location and features. <\/li>
  3. Set a budget for your dream home. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n

    When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I first received my license in October of 2019. I had been in real estate investing doing home flips with an investment group. I woke up one day and said I\u2019m going to get my license and make this my full time job.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    No. I like to say if it involves a real estate transaction I do it!<\/p>\n\n\n

    What neighborhoods are you an expert in? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I grew up all over the East Bay so those are the neighborhoods I’m an expert in. Berkeley, Concord Richmond, San Leandro, Hayward etc. <\/p>\n\n\n

    Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I live in Rodeo, a small city next to Pinole and Hercules in the East Bay. I purchased a home with my fiance in June of 2020. We lived in the San Pablo area as renters for a few years and we fell in love with the neighborhood and surrounding areas. <\/p>\n\n\n

    Have you worked in fields other than real estate? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I spent the bulk of my professional career in property management for the low income. Here I was able to form relationships with the residents, and inform them of the importance of homeownership. <\/p>\n\n\n

    What are you passionate about aside from real estate? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    My passions outside of  real estate are traveling (pre-Covid of course). I enjoyed traveling to new continents and small cities to learn about their culture and food! I am a major foodie so whenever I travel I always make sure to try the native dishes to that area and popular local dishes as well. <\/p>\n\n\n

    What do you love about working at Flyhomes? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

    I love the way that Flyhomes is changing the real estate industry one great product at a time. The day-to-day life being a Client Advisor at Flyhomes is catered to ensuring the clients have the best experience possible, and that is what I love the most. <\/p>\n\n\n
