What inspired you to get it?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>I got my license in 2002 shortly after the dot com bubble burst and I noticed my family members were still thriving in the real estate industry.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Residential properties with 1-4 units are where I havemost of my real estate experience.\u00a0 My background in software sales and marketing has helped with my people and presentation skills.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>What neighborhoods are you an expert in?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Being a long time resident\/homeowner in both the South Bay and East Bay (Livermore), I\u2019d say those areas.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Where do you live?
