I am very experienced and knowledgeable.

What are your top 3 pro tips? 

  1. Be prepared, have your approval ready. Homes are selling fast and you need to be ready to pull the trigger quick.

3. Commitment, do your due diligence on your realtor and lender so you can put your trust in both these individuals to assist you in achieving your real estate goals. 

Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)? 

Single family residences are my specialty, whether resale or new build.

What neighborhoods are you an expert in?

Los Angeles County, Orange County and Riverside County

Where do you live?

Norco

Why did you choose to live there?

Horses. So Ca does not offer many neighborhoods that cater to the equestrian lifestyle where you can own horse property and have riding trails right out your front door. 

Have you worked in fields other than real estate? 

Yes I was a VP of a major bank. I also ran an insurance company.

What are you passionate about aside from real estate? 

Family and horses. I am the mother to a severely autistic child along with my other 3 children and 1 grandchild. Horses have been a life long passion and hobby. I own and show quarter horses. They live on my property so I can care for and enjoy them daily.
