Your best interest is my first priority. I pride myself in giving my clients a holistic view of each step throughout their home buying journey. From your first tour, to closing, I will ensure the process is seamless and precise. My advising is always rooted in objective analytics, never skepticism.
What are your top 3 pro tips?
1) Start your home search by getting pre-underwritten. When you find “the one” you want to be prepared to place a competitive offer.
2) Tour, tour, tour. There’s a perfect location for everyone, we just need to find it.
3) Understand what you can live without. Not every home will check all the boxes.
When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it?
I have been licensed since 2019. I come from a family of agents and it’s essentially all we talk about at the dinner table. I also have a strong passion for helping and connecting with people in any way I can.
Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?
I specialize in residential real estate. New builds and primary residences.
What neighborhoods are you an expert in?
I assist home buyers all throughout the Greater Seattle region. Primarily King and South Snohomish county.
Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there?
I live in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle. I am a short run to Green lake and walking distance to lower Greenwood and Ballard. The mountain views and the great entertainment up and down Phinney Ave keep me here!
Have you worked in fields other than real estate?
I have a background in commercial construction and for a brief time, healthcare.
What are you passionate about aside from real estate?
I am an avid skier in the winter and gardener in the summer. I have 16 different plants / trees scattered throughout my yard and house. Washington is blessed with all 4 seasons so I get the best of both worlds here.
