What’s the first thing a new client should know about you?
I have been a Bay Area resident for 20 plus years having lived in various parts of the bay area like the South Bay and East Bay. I am very familiar with the South and East Bay markets and have helped numerous clients buy and sell real estate here.
What are your top 3 pro tips?
- Always put your best foot forward and write the highest and best cause you might not get a counter.
- Don’t be too set on price and have wiggle room. You never want to lose a house you love for 5000 dollars.
- Don’t fall so much in love with the house that you forget to see the obvious glaring issues with the house.
When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it?
I got my real estate license in 2015. I have been dabbling in personal real estate transactions since 2004 and realized that this is what I liked to do and thus decided to go ahead and get my license.
Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?
I specialize in residential real estate and new construction.
What neighborhoods are you an expert in?
I’m an expert in the East Bay, South Bay, and Peninsula.
Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there?
I live in Dublin, CA. My family and I moved to Dublin in 2017 after having lived in the South Bay for 15 plus years.
Have you worked in fields other than real estate?
I have previously worked as a Technical Writer and have also run my own travel agency business for 10+years.
What are you passionate about aside from real estate?
Being a mom and taking care of my kids.
