The median sale price for a home in Seattle in the month of July was down 4% since last month. The average Seattle home spent 10 days on market, which was 3 days longer than the previous month. Inventory was up after 1,008 homes were listed in July and 698 were pending at the end of the month. The average home in Seattle sold for $930,000 or $547 per square foot.
