Meet Your Client Advisor: Linda Kahle, Seattle

Flyhomes Seattle real estate agent Linda Kahle

What’s the first thing a new client should know about you?

I am always very quick to jump on new communicated requests and make sure that I can always be reached.

What are your top 3 pro tips?

Get your pre approval letter first and make sure that it has been verified by an underwriter. Additionally, if you find a home you love, be mentally ready to make an offer right away as our market is very competitive. Last but not least, do your best to enjoy the process!

When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it?

October 2019, I always loved real estate, and knew that if I could make a hobby a career that I could really help others as I have a genuine passion for it.

Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)?

I love focusing on older craftsman homes with character. I have an informal background home inspections and have spent lots of time in these types of homes.

What neighborhoods are you an expert in?

Anywhere in central Seattle as well Kirkland/Issaquah/Bellevue.

Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there?

I live in South Lake Union in a houseboat! My husband and I are always looking for an adventure and this seemed like a great opportunity for a new one.

Have you worked in fields other than real estate?

Yes- I owned a photography studio in Capitol Hill for most of my adult life as well a paddle board rental business on South Lake Union.

What are you passionate about aside from real estate?

I’m a huge fan of paddle boarding. I’ve even explored professional paddle board racing but just unfortunately couldn’t commit the time.

What do you love about working at Flyhomes?

I love the team dynamic, I feel so supported and as an agent this allows me to serve my clients better.
