What’s the first thing a new client should know about you? 

My goal is to exceed their expectations by making their real estate transaction the most transparent, enjoyable and successful one ever!

What are your top 3 pro tips? 

Get underwritten approved, trust the process, trust your advisor. 

When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it? 

I got my license in 2002 shortly after the dot com bubble burst and I noticed my family members were still thriving in the real estate industry.

Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)? 

Residential properties with 1-4 units are where I havemost of my real estate experience.  My background in software sales and marketing has helped with my people and presentation skills. 

What neighborhoods are you an expert in? 

Being a long time resident/homeowner in both the South Bay and East Bay (Livermore), I’d say those areas.

Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there? 

I love living in Downtown Campbell for the walkability and being close to my daughter’s high school (Leigh High School) .

Have you worked in fields other than real estate? 

Yes, software and wholesale mortgage.

What are you passionate about aside from real estate? 

Music (electronic) and homemade cappuccinos/lattes.

What do you love about working at Flyhomes? 

I love my co-workers and the product/direction/mission statement of the company.
