What’s the first thing a new client should know about you? I remember being a first-time buyer myself with the obstacles that had to tackle financially, mentally, and balance a demanding job physically. All of the decisions can cause stress and anxiety, which my experience will help them get past. I can relate to the decision at hand.
What inspired you to get start your career in real estate? I told my grandmother that I would buy a house for her when I was a teenager, and my friend from high school asked me to study for the brokers exam with him.
What Seattle neighborhoods are you most familiar with? King County, NE Tacoma, Federal way, Central Seattle, Northgate
Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there? I live in Federal Way and I chose to live here after my first child was born, because it was close to other family members.
How do your skills in fields other than real estate enhance your ability to help buyers? Working in manufacturing as a OPs MGR in six sigma practices and project management experience help me with understanding process flow and working as an agent in a traditional setting has helped me understand how important it is to be able to have a connection with other agent during negotiating.
What are your passions/hobbies outside of real estate? One of my passions is traveling. I am always amazed of how much I learn from other countries. Some of my hobbies include investing in properties in other areas across the US and I would like to make international investments in some of the beautiful countries abroad.
