Boston Housing Market Report: February 2023


There was some positive momentum for the Boston real estate market in February, with median selling prices, median list price, inventory, and price per SqFt all increasing MoM. The median amount of time that it takes for a property to sell decreased as well, down to 33 days–that’s down 34% MoM, and it was the quickest amount of time that homes are selling in since October of last year.
