Please note that in a market like Boston with such low inventory, numbers month to month can fluctuate more than usual. In January the median home sold for $1,160,000. Homes were on the market for an average of 55 days, down from 62 in December. At the end of January, there were 33 homes listed, and 29 pending sale.
