What do you do at Flyhomes? I’m a Client Advisor in Seattle
What did you do before joining Flyhomes? I was a recruiter for a couple companies for 5 years.
What’s something unexpected that you’ve learned on the job? My job is less about sending clients listings, and more about doing homework on the listings they send me.
What’s your #1 tip for homebuyers? Listen to your agent. If you don’t want to listen to your agent (either out of trust issues or general distaste) find another agent. You should be working with an agent who’s experienced and specialized and knows what they’re doing. Offering and negotiating has a lot of nuance and you don’t want to risk it all with an agent who’s sold 2 homes in the last 3 years.
How do you like to spend time when you’re not working? With my awesome girlfriend and going to the gym (with a mask of course). And pre-covid, I would spend a lot of time with friends and going on group trips.

What’s something about you that surprises people? Buyers and sellers are entirely unpredictable. From buying habits, to the offers that are accepted. I don’t think there’s a way to ever 100% predict the outcome of what either party will always do.
Pets, plants, or both? What makes you happy at home? Plants for now, pets in the future.
What neighborhood do you live in? Capitol Hill
Where else have you lived? Belltown, South Lake Union, Pioneer Square
What’s your favorite place in Capitol Hill? Walking through the neighborhood on a quiet evening. It’s so peaceful and such a nice place to spend time
Spill a best-kept neighborhood secret spot (where do the locals go?) Vivaci Coffee. Best coffee in the city!
What do you love most about your home? Tall ceilings and great natural light. Amazing rooftop views as well.
