What’s the first thing a new client should know about you? 

I am dedicated to them and their home buying experience. I will do my best to make the home buying and selling experience seamless and enjoyable!

What are your top 3 pro tips? 

  1. Get your ducks in a row by speaking with a lender to start on your pre approval process
  2. You may not find exactly what you are looking for, but that does not mean you cannot make it everything you want.
  3. Whichever home is meant to be yours will be. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t win a home. It just means something better is waiting for you.

When did you first get your real estate license? What inspired you to get it? 

I got my real estate license in 2017. I was inspired to get my license because I was investing in homes myself, flipping houses. I thought it would be a good idea to have my license while flipping homes. Shortly after, I realized that I wanted to help others and not just myself through the journey. 

Do you focus on a special area (such as new builds or investment properties)? 

I am very diverse in a lot of areas. However, since I invested in real estate and worked on a lot on projects personally, I would say I have a greater understanding for investment homes. I can see a home’s potential despite its flaws. With that experience, I can help my clients envision how to make a house a home. 

What neighborhoods are you an expert in? 

I have a great knowledge and understanding for neighborhoods in southern Orange County (Mission Viejo to Irvine). Other neighborhoods include the West Los Angeles area (Culver City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, etc.)  and the San Fernando Valley (Sherman Oak, Encino, Tarzana, etc.).

Where do you live? Why did you choose to live there? 

I live in Encino, CA. I grew up in southern Orange County and moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA. I lived in Westwood for ten years and recently moved to Encino. I chose to live in Encino because I was able to buy a home within my price range that still offered me the excitement and convenience of the city but also gave me the comfort and safety of the suburbs. 

Have you worked in fields other than real estate? 

I have worked in the medical field, specifically the dentistry field. I have also worked in the fashion industry.  

What are you passionate about aside from real estate? 

I am passionate about art and creativity. I love to learn and explore new things and find beauty through other people’s passions and talents.
