The ability to search based on these new criteria will help house hunters beyond their ability to discover better homes within a known area — it also allows them to zero in on the best suburb or metro to settle down in.
For instance, if someone was looking to live within 30 minutes driving distance of SF and schools highly-rated by Niche, their research and chats with friends might lead them to look for homes in Millbrae.
