Seattle + Eastside Housing Market Report: February 2023


Last month, metrics like median selling price, median list price, inventory, and sale to list price ratios all increased MoM, most notably the number of newly listed single family homes, which jumped 38% MoM. The days that it takes to sell a property (Days on Market) also decreased by a day in February. Now sitting at 6 days, this makes Seattle one of the most competitive markets to purchase a home.
